Bunnings muzzles dogs

Outrage from dog owners in Australia is reverberating across the Tasman to New Zealand, as Bunnings introduces a rule to have all dogs on their premises muzzled. The rule came into affect after a girl was bitten by a dog outside the store. Dog owners across Australia and New Zealand say the rule is over the top.
