The 2021 NZSO National Youth Orchestra will be performing in Wellington this weekend, playing Shostakovich’s 'Leningrad' Symphony and a new work by NYO composer-in-residence Ihlara McIndoe.

Upbeat got the inside view with two of this year's Youth Orchestra players: violinist Mana Waiariki and violist Lauren Jack.
