Police have confirmed the identity of a body found yesterday near Kaitaia.

The body of 48-year-old Kimble Moore, who has been missing since March, was found in a rural area.
Police said his body might have been there for some time.
Last month, they upgraded their investigation into Mr Moore's disappearance to a homicide.
