Fiji confident against South Africa

10:55 am on 2 October 2007

Fiji believe they have the forward power to take on the mighty Springboks pack when the two sides clash in the World Cup quarter-finals at the weekend.

Fiji, known more for their running flair than their discipline up front, are determined to show South Africa that they have enough power to cause another upset to add to their 38-34 defeat of Wales.

One of the world greats in sevens rugby, Fiji will be playing in the World Cup quarter-finals for the first time since 1987.

Meanwhile, winger Vilimoni Delasau is looking forward to testing himself against his South African counterpart Brian Habana.
